At IGNYTE, we stand behind the quality of our lighters. That’s why every IGNYTE lighter comes with a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your lighter stops working due to a defect — like ignition issues, faulty components, or other functional failures — we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

• Modifications or tampering

• Cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect performance

If you believe your lighter qualifies for a warranty claim:

2. If approved, you’ll just need to cover shipping costs — we’ll handle the rest.
